At Doctor Holistic, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness products and an exceptional customer experience, including a hassle-free return and exchange process. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your product(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase date.

Return Policy

  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase date.
  • Items must be returned unopened, in their original condition, with all tamper seals intact and in the original packaging.
  • Products shipped with a security tag, tamper seal, or freshness seal must have such tag or seal fully intact and unbroken. Products that have been opened, unsealed, tampered with, or returned without the original security tag or seal may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Shipping charges and any other costs incurred in connection with the original purchase or return process are non-refundable.
  • All return approval or denial decisions are final and not subject to escalation.

Free Return

We provide free return shipping labels for eligible orders that meet the following criteria:

  • The order was shipped within the United Kingdom or the United States.
  • The product was purchased at full price.
  • The total product value exceeds £200.

How to Return or Exchange an Item?

  1. Access the Returns Portal.
    • Visit our Returns Portal.
    • Enter your Order Number and Email Address.
  2. Select Items for Return or Exchange.
    • Choose the item(s) you wish to return and indicate whether you’d prefer a refund or an exchange. Items can only be exchanged for the same product in a different size.
  3. Generate a Return Label
    • We provide free return shipping labels for eligible orders.
    • If you do not meet the criteria for a free return shipping label, you can choose to ship using a return label provided by us for an additional fee (available only for returns within United Kingdom and United States), or opt to use your preferred carrier to return the package on your own. If you opt to receive a return label from us, please note that each label can cover up to two items. If you're returning more than two items, don't hesitate to reach out to us.
  4. Prepare Your Package
    • Ensure that there are no other tracking labels attached to your package.
    • Securely pack your items in a shipping box (you may reuse the original shipping box).
    • Print your confirmation of purchase email or RMA and include it inside your return package to ensure we can identify your return upon delivery. Please note that returns are identified by the order number. Ensure your order number is clearly displayed on the return label or included inside the shipping box.
    • Attach the shipping label to the box, ensuring it fully covers any previous delivery address and barcode.
    • Do not affix the mailing label directly to the product’s original packaging.
  5. Drop Off Your Package
    • Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off location for the designated carrier.
  6. Inspection & Refund or Exchange
    • Once your return arrives at our facility, a product specialist will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our Return Policy. Returns may take 5-10 business days to arrive at our fulfillment center and be processed for a refund.
    • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to post, depending on your financial institution. If you selected an exchange, the replacement item in your chosen size will be shipped.

All gift card purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Additional Rights for European Economic Area (EEA) Customers

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under EU consumer law that apply regardless of our standard return policy.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU): you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires by contacting us through our Returns Portal or by filling up the Order Cancellation Form.

Return Shipping for EEA Customers: if you are exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refunds for EEA Customers: we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, but excluding any additional charges resulting from your selection of expedited or premium shipping options at checkout, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

2-Year Legal Guarantee Under EU Directive 2019/771/EU: all products sold to EEA customers carry a 2-year legal guarantee against defects and non-conformity with the contract of sale. This guarantee is in addition to any commercial warranty we may offer. If your product is defective or does not conform to what was described, please contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to: (a) goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised; (b) sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery; (c) products or services otherwise exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law, including gift cards or digital products where permitted.

Data Accuracy

The customer is fully responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their profile information. This includes ensuring that the shipping address and all other details are kept up to date. Android Homme is not responsible if the shipping address listed in the customer’s profile is outdated. Our fulfillment process is automatic, and parcels will be shipped to the address provided in the customer’s profile.
